About the Program
The Digital Marketing program is a 29-week online diploma designed to prepare students for careers in digital marketing, communications, and online brand management.
Throughout the program, students build practical skills across key areas such as:
- Digital marketing strategy and integrated marketing communications
- Social media platforms, content strategy, and email marketing
- Search engine optimization, paid search, PPC, and re-targeting
- Web fundamentals, analytics, and online reputation management
Coursework is delivered through project-based instruction, hands-on assignments, and applied campaigns that reflect real workplace scenarios. Students gain experience building brand identities, creating customer personas, developing content strategies, and launching search and display advertising campaigns using industry-standard tools.
The program also includes career planning and preparation modules focused on job search strategies, résumé and portfolio development, and interview preparation. With a structured online format and consistent weekly engagement, graduates leave with the technical skills, strategic thinking, and confidence required to pursue digital marketing roles across a wide range of industries.
Admission Requirements
- Student has Grade 12 or equivalent or meets criteria for Mature Student Status.
- Mature students must be 19 years of age, pass a qualifying test, and provide a Letter of Intent OR resume that supports their skills and aptitudes to be successful in the program.
- The approved qualifying test for this program is the Wonderlic test. A passing score for this program is 18.
